Hi all , got a 15s-fq1002na which i need to install windows 10 from usb on , the origanal os was windows 10 64bit , but software i need to run is only 32bit comapatable as it will not install 64bit drives , so deleated all partions on hard drive with paragon , downloaded from microsoft the install usb , got it booting into setup but when it gets to laungage selection then it freezes / locks out keyboard mouse built in and usb ones , which i presume is a security built into the mb or bios or simular , anyone got any ideas on how to get over it . as support are about as much use as a inflatable anchor and just say they will only support exsisting software and want me to pay for premium support even though its still under warranty

this is the screen where built in keyboard / mouse and a usb mouse and keyboard are disabled , the usb keyboard actually turns off the power led on it as well , so seems hp have a bios setting or hardware setting that unpowers the usb and keyboard on windows set up
if i use a winpe disc keyboard works but built in mouse doesnt and usb keyboard doesnt but a usb mouse does .
