HP Spectre X 360 14
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Spectre X 360 14 is a LEMON.  It has been trouble from day one.  All of my others have been great. I buy them for all my employees but this one is different.  I followed all of the instructions to repair it and nothing has worked, including receiving it back from warranty a few days ago.   My warranty ran out (12/21/21) and I now have any way to communicate with HP.  I want my money back or a new unit.  Is there anyway to communicate with HP about this?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
