Hi all,
Getting the following failure id on diagnostic:
MFQGXG-7PEAK3-XD7WMG-60Q903
Looks like a possible hard drive failure, can you please confirm?

Hi:
Below is the failure report generated by the code you posted, minus your notebook's serial number.
MFQGXG-7PEAK3-XD7WMG-60Q903 | OK | XXXXXXXXXX | 4/9/21 | 303 | Storage | Floppy Drive, Hard Drive, Memory Drive, Optical Drive, SCSI, Tape Drive | Hard Disk 1 Quick Test Failure |
You will need to install a new hard drive and reinstall the operating system.
Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.
You may want to consider replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive, with a better performing 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).
After you replace the drive you can reinstall W10 for free.
Use the media creation tool to create a bootable USB installation flash drive.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
Since your notebook originally came with W8.1, if you are asked to enter a product key during the installation process, select the 'I don't have a product key' option.
After W10 has completed installing you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
