Hi:

The report generated by the code you posted indicates a Hard Disk 1 SMART Hard Drive Detects Imminent Failure.

That means the hard drive is about to fail or has failed (if you can't get into Windows), needs to be replaced and the operating system reinstalled.

If you can still get into Windows, back up any files you don't want to lose onto a portable hard drive as soon as possible.

Below is the link to the service manual where you can find the hard drive removal and replacement procedure.

You may want to consider replacing the 2.5" mechanical hard drive with a better performing 2.5" solid state drive (SSD).

After you replace the drive, you can reinstall W10 for free by making a bootable USB recovery drive with the HP cloud recovery tool.

You will need to use another PC running W7 64 bit or newer and a 32 GB USB flash drive to make the recovery media with.

Since you have to install the tool on another PC, you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's window to proceed to make the recovery media.

Your PC's product number is:  X3B72PA#UUF

Below is a link for how to use the HP cloud recovery tool, and where to download it from.
