HP ProBook 440 G4
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Fingerprint scanner was working bad (it accepts my fingerprint not or after a long time of trying), so I decided do delete and register again my fingerprints via HP Client Security.

I deleted fingerprint data.

It says "no fingerprint are registered".

Now I try to register my first finger, as it is asked.

I scan my finger, progress bar shows the progress, but after 2nd scan (progress bar is on 50%) there is alert "this fingerprint is already registered. Try another finger".

But data should be deleted.

I use Admin parameters to clean up fingerprints data. Try again. Same result.

I updated HP Client Security software, hardware driver for scanner is also updated to the last version.

I restarted my computer several times.

But again and again it says "already registered", but it is not.

So I can not use fingerprints, because data is deleted by me, but I can not register fingerprints again.
