Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-s0000 (76T53AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I recently set a BIOS administrator password for my HP Victus Gaming Laptop 16-s0044nt, but unfortunately, I have forgotten it. I am currently unable to access the BIOS settings to make any system changes.

Could you please assist me with the correct procedure to clear or reset the BIOS password for this specific model?

Here is HP's official policy regarding BIOS passwords:

 

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

 

4d. No posts shall include instructions/directions intended to bypass or subvert security mechanisms such as lock screens, BitLockers, BIOS lock, passwords, fingerprint/biometry scanners, PINs, or any other safety measures.

 

Therefore, this topic is being locked.
