Forgot bios admin password and want to change boot mode to UEFI

So in preparation for checkra1n(forever iOS jailbreak) i want to dual boot hackintosh and windows. For the best performance you need UEFI enabled and i'm using legacy, but i forgot my BIOS password and don't want to do the CMOS trick because i nub. Any way to reset BIOS or enable UEFI without the BIOS password? I Also heard that UEFI is better for windows so thats another reason
