Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, I own an HP ProBook 450 G8 Notebook PC, product number 4K7G9EA#ABH. I forgot the BIOS Administrator Password and cannot access the BIOS settings. I am located in Benin. I would like to know the official HP procedure and whether an official remote-support option is available, or whether hardware service is required. I can provide proof of ownership privately if needed. Please do not publish or request private information publicly. Please reply with the official HP procedure and do not suggest unofficial BIOS bypass methods.

Here is HP's official policy regarding BIOS passwords:

 

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:

 

4d. No posts shall include instructions/directions intended to bypass or subvert security mechanisms such as lock screens, BitLockers, BIOS lock, passwords, fingerprint/biometry scanners, PINs, or any other safety measures.
