Product: HP Envy Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a user that changed the power-on password for her laptop and does not remember it. There is no Administrator password set, so we are unable to use that to bypass the power-on password.

 

Anything that I can do to get her into the laptop?

Hi,

 

At the password screen, hit enter 3 times and you should receive a 'halt code' - post back with this code.
