i have forgetton the password to the windows 7 ultimate on my Pavillion G62.

 

how can I resolve this issue?

Thanks for prompt reply.

 

I think it was the other password.

 

it is the page which comes up with your username after switching the laptop on, and it asks for your password.

 

i don't think it is the windows password.

User Name:

Password:

 

That is usually a Windows login??

 

Or does it ask for a Start-up Password???
