Frequent Issue with My Victus Gaming Laptop 15-fb2063dx

Hello, greetings to the community. I'm currently experiencing a recurring issue with my laptop during startup. Two strange events occur:

  1. I often get the error INTERRUPT_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED (0x30). After restarting about three times, the system crashes at boot and prompts Windows repair. If I shut it down completely and turn it back on, it starts normally.
  2. In some cases, I also encounter the error IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (0xA).

Originally, the laptop came with 8 GB of DDR5 RAM at 5200 MHz. I purchased another 8 GB stick at 4800 MHz, and later replaced both with two 8 GB sticks at 4800 MHz to maintain stable frequency. I ran HP's diagnostic tool, and it reports everything is fine, but I still don't understand the cause of these issues.
