A Frozen HP  System Information Screen appears at start up. It says "press ESC to return" but nothing works.

Such screen started appering ocassionally, and at early time I tryed scannig/repairing HD surface, memory test, clean up, vaccination, etc.

I also tryed CTR + ALT + DEL, PWR + 0, remove battery, press F8 repeatedly, but nothing works.

This machine has every kind of protection installed and has very low usage. It stays static (does not travel).

Can anybody help me?. Thanks in advance.
