Hi
This seems to be the latest
HP Notebook System BIOS Update (Intel Processors)
F.37 Rev. A 6.6 MB May 3, 2011
is that the one you are trying?
OR
Hopefully one of these documents will cover (and solve) your problem...
https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c00042629
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02693833
I think we need more details, like the SKU; and Main Board SSID (I know your BIOS is corrupted and may not show the details like mine has) to proceed with any help.

Hello, thank you for your immediate help.
I did study the two links you proposed, and i want to try the part “update bios manually from a usb flash drive (outside windows)”. In this part, its been given directions to download bios from HP support for this laptop, and it also describes that when the downloaded bios file is executed, it gives you the option to write the bios into flash drive. So then when inserted in laptop with problem, and pressing Windows + B keys, laptop automatically searching in usb, finds bios and updates. My problem is that all bios files that I was download, none of them gives me the option to transfer bios to a usb flash drive, so I (might) restore bios on infected laptop. My laptop
Serial:
PRODUCT: XF459EA#B1A
MODEL: G62-450sv
Please help.

Hi
Please delete the serial number.
"So then when inserted in laptop with problem, and pressing Windows + B keys, laptop automatically searching in usb,"
That is not my understanding. The WINKEY + B looks for a backup on the hard drive.
The USB you make is self booting.
AND this is the bios file...

Sorry about serial (deleted)
Yes these files are in dir sp... or in usb. But what next? What do i have to do to run bios update? The program which updates the bios is exe, so it needs windows environment to work. But i cant log on to windows (laptop blank screen). Do i have to make a partition to put there (which) bios files so automatic recovery take place?
Please give me if know more advice or directions.
Thank you.

Hi
I cannot run any of those files, no compatibility.
So all I can suggest is...
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
Make a W10 USB, that boots.
Add in extra files/folders SP52604
X:\>dir
Directory of X:\

13/01/2020 09:35 <DIR> SP52604

Then........
Command prompt and run the exe files from SP52604
