Product: HP ENVY Laptop - 17t-cg000 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just received the laptop yesterday.

 

Noticed that anytime I resIMG_20201224_120017752[1].jpgtart the machine I get this "Bit Locker" screen.  Its asking for a bunch of codes/keys/etc. that I never received.

 

The first time that it happened I was able to skip it before the laptop would boot correctly.

 

The second time that it happened I had to skip it twice before the laptop would boot correctly.

 

I'm seeing a growing pattern of general annoyance building.

 

How does one prevent this "Bit Locker" issue?
