OMEN by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-wd000 (7B9S2AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

lately I have had problems with my RTX 4060 graphics card, when playing simulation games like Planet Zoo it freezes and the percentage of the card appears at 0%, and the fans are turned off, then it gets stuck and the only solution is to turn it off. Since I bought it I had no problem and it ran wonderfully, I already updated the drivers and the software and the problem continues to persist, my laptop has 32RAM and an i7-13620H, I hope you can help me

That game should run fine on your graphics card.  Possibly windows 11 is the problem.  Have you looked in the Windows event viewer for problems?

Look here for game patches

You might also run MRT to scan for malicious software

Scan for "Malicious" software. Generally speaking this is software that is not considered a virus or trojan. It performs unwanted functions such as downloading newer advertisements or reporting what the user is looking to buy and offering alternative suggestions. Typically free games have these apps. Note that some users consider this to be a feature.
Type MRT in the windows search bar.

I already checked it and there is no malicious software, I just updated drivers and saw the game update, and it has it, I just tried it and it's still the same, it also happens to me with Jurassic world Evolution 2, I don't know if the problem is still Windows 11

What does the event viewer show?

If "system" shows an "nv" error then the problem is the NVidia graphics driver

if "application" shows an error is it likely the game application

If the problems show up immediately there is a driver / game problem

If the problem takes a while to show up then it is an overheating problem.

Can you pass UEFI diagnostics?  Press F2 and run full diagnostics.
