Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello! I turned off my computer by removing my charger (it's old so it turns off when I remove charger but that is not the problem). So the next time I turn on the computer, the computer starts, also the  screen but

screen turns grey like it's getting ready to start but it is just stuck. I have tried all the tips for black screen but  those does not work, also it is not a Black screen, the screen works, it lits up but it's grey and nothing happens! I can't get to bios or  safe mode, alt+Ctrl+del does not work. I've tried with another monitor, nothing happens! Also, I can't open up my laptop either. No overheating aswell. Please, please help me!

I just found it! Model is HP pavillion notebook 15-ab124no.
