HP Notebook - 15s-du0093tu

So my windows was on hdd and i wanted to switch it to my ssd because booting was slow in hdd. I used a cloning tool that made new EFI and recovery partitions as well as a windows partition in the ssd and then cloned everything to the ssd. I then set the boot device to the ssd and restarted and worked fine, and I knew it was using the ssd because it only took 20-30 seconds instead of the usual 2+ mins.

I then went ahead and formatted the old windows partition on the hdd to free up space. After deleting and restarting it also worked just fine. I then realised in the disk management window that the old EFI partition was still there so I used DiskPart to carefully delete the old EFI and recovery partition and not touch the new EFI and Recovery partition. I doublechecked everything and compared the MB sizes to make sure i deleted the right partitions. However once doing that and restarting i was met with the dreaded Blue screen.

Error code : 0xc000000e

I have already tried the options listed on screen:

Pressing F1 just restarts the laptop and absolutely nothing happens, back to the same error page.

Pressing F8 just flashes the page (similar to screen tearing) and absolutely nothing happens

Pressing Enter does the exact same flashing as above and absolutely nothing happens

Pressing Esc gives me the folowing options as seen in the image. Fiddled with a bunch of them but nothing helps.

Already made sure the correct ssd is selected in boot manager (its the only option, hdd is formatted)

Already tried running some diagnostics and reinstalling bios.
