Product: HP 430 PROBOOK G3

I JUST GOT HP 430 PROBOOK G3, I BOUGHT IT WITHOUT HARD DISK SO I BOUGHT AN HARD DISK TO INSTALL  AN OPERATING SYSTEM ON IT THE SYSTEM BUT IS TELLING TO PUT BIOS ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD THAT I DONT KNOW.

 

PLEASE HOW DO I REMOVE THE BIOS ADMINISTRATOR PASSWORD THE PRODUCT IS

Hi,

 

At the password screen, hit enter 3 times. 

 

If you receive a 8 digit 'halt code', post back with this code.

 

If you don't receive a halt code, you will have to Contact HP Business support - they should be able to send you a customised SMC.bin file which you can use at boot to reset the password.
