Hi @syafei1611

Welcome to the HP Forums!

Thank you for posting your query in this forum, it's a great place to find answers.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer boots to hardware diagnostics every time you restart your computer.

I’d love to help!

Follow below steps and check if it helps.

Press Windows Key + R and the “Run” window will open. In the text box, write “msconfig” and press Enter or OK and the MsConfig window will open.

It should look similar to this

undefined

Only one line should be listed in the top portion. If more than one is listed, which one is selected?

No checkmarks in the bottom half.

General tab by default is set to Selective Startup

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!

Hi @syafei1611, I am the @Chimney_83. It looks like you were interacting with @The_Fossette, but he is out of the office today so I'll take over from here.

Would it be possible to share a screenshot of the message you get on startup?

Have you made any changes on the computer?

Recommend you to boot the computer to BIOS, by tapping F10 or ESC repeatedly on startup.

Once the computer has booted to BIOS, please reset the BIOS to defaults, Save and Exit and check if the message goes away.

For assistance please refer to this HP Article.

Let me know how it goes.

Dear @Chimney_83.

We already done for the reset bios setting to the default setting after that click save and the restart, after restart loading system normal (until Os Windows system running)but if i shutdown the windows and turn on back the power the problem is back.

the system cannot go to windows automaticly, because first time loading must be go to F2 screen (automatic loading), we can select exit after that loading can continus to the OS system.

What the promblem about my HP? Os system problem or Hardware problem?

Thanks for the reply, trying the suggested steps and providing more information.

You are right, that would be my next suggested knowing if it is a hardware or software issues. Have you run an Extensive test on your computer.

To run a system test on the computer, you would need to boot the computer to system diagnostics by either tapping Esc or F2 repeatedly during startup. Click here for assistance.

Would it be possible to provide the product number of your notebook, have you changed any components on your computer? Click here for assistance in finding the product number.
