Hello All,

I have installed Windows 11 preview from Windows Insider Beta Subscription. After some days of working fine now suddenly my laptop is not booting. The charger power led is showing but the other power led and hard drive/CPU led ligh not working (There is no light in these leds)

Tried several times by restarting but it never boots successfully. I am stuck now due to this as I am working from home

Requesing immediate help from experts here please

Thanks

Sorry, but you should NOT have installed Windows 11 on any laptop you depend upon.

Windows 11 is in BETA testing -- meaning it is unreliable and unstable.  The Insider builds are for testing ONLY, not for daily use.

Also, HP does not provide support for OS versions that are still in testing -- so basically, you are on your own.
