My Hp pavilion 15-e016nr is having caplock blinking 1 time. when I checked the back cover; The SERIAL NUMBER is [edited] while the PRODUCT NUMBER is E0L75UA#ABA. so when I typed the serial number on hp support for bios update it is bringing the laptop as same SERIAL NUMBER but PRODUCT as 8G149PA and them identified the laptop as HP Laptop 15s-fr2515TU. The picture it displayed is same with mine, but gives processor as Intel instead of AMD. what can I do?
