I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is freezing after a factor reset.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What was the reason you performed a reset?
Meanwhile, I recommend you perform a system test on the computer to make sure that all the hardware components are working fine.
