Product: HP 250 G3 Notebook PC

Notebook does not starting. AC adapter light is on, PowerOn light is on, Caps lights on for 1-1.5 sec every several seconds, F6 and F12 lights red, screen is black. Is it CPU detection trouble? This model has integrated CPU 😞
