Hi i have bought a laptop off gumtree was all freshly installed when i cought the lappy but when i go in to the bios settings F10 it ask for a admin password and the seller has not responded can anyone help here my code it gave me was  i 51203392  i have tried everything i cat get in to it i just dont understand im racking my brains out if someone could help with a master code or something much appreciated

There is no Master Code to unlock all laptops.

Sorry, we are no longer able to provide any assistance with this.

I know we used to give out codes to bypass password issues, but the Community Policies changed this March such that we are now PROHIBITED from assisting customers in bypassing Admin or BIOS passwords, or in resetting those passwords.

For assistance in this NOW, you have to contact your regional HP Customer Support location directly as they will confirm ownership of the PC before providing any assistance -- something we are not able to do from here.
