Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

where do I find the information to contact HP about a BIOS password Reset? I just purchased an HP 8470p running Wndows 7 pro from Ebay and it has a BIOS password. I would like information on how to access the BIOS to get it updated. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

If you live in the USA/Canada, call HP at this number... 1-800-334-5144.

 

Have the serial number of the PC handy to give to the customer services rep.
