Hello

I got an email that  I need to contact HP Customer Support Manager " Please contact your local IT Support for further assistance. If your BIOS Password reset request is approved by your IT, it will need to contact your HP Customer Support Manager (CSM) and they can initiate this request." But how comes I don't have anyone. 
Where I can get the contact or some CSM please?

This is almost certainly a bogus email -- as HP does not assist in resetting BIOS passwords as a matter of policy.  So, no Customer Support Manager is going to send you an email offering that service.  Additionally, such a reset can NOT be done remotely and can NOT be done by you.  So, there would be no point in anyone from HP contacting you for this.
