Please help with default pin. My laptop not taking my finger scan anymore

Welcome to the HP Support Community

 

I understand you need information on the default PIN. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To answer your question: HP does not set any default PIN on your Notebook PC. If you have forgotten the PIN then try logging in using your Microsoft Password

 

Even if that fails then you will have to contact Microsoft to help you reset your password so you can log in and change the PIN.
