Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible Laptop PC 15t-ed100 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I have a year and a half old Envy Bang and Olufsen laptop that don't turn on. The light next to the charging port turns on red when charging and white when it's charged but this is the only sign of life I have on the laptop. Please help 😞

7/27/22 update: No luck with with the troubleshooting. I took the battery out and placed it back in with the same result. I'm taking my laptop to [Content Removed] So disappointed with HP. This is for sure the last HP product to own.
