Was working on my computer, stepped away and came back to a black screen, plugged in my charged as I thought it was low in battery. Still powers on but screen remains black, no buttons work, I can’t access the Startup Menu or BIOS menu (F10)….I can hear the fan blowing and charging light is on but nothing on the display. Can anyone assist?

I have the exact same Issue with my HP Spectre x360 – 13-ap0312ng since Monday 26th. I hope anyone can help.
