HP EliteBook 840 G5 Notebook PC

Hi,

I have an HP EliteBook 840 G5 Notebook PC that every time I restart it, the Caps lock light stays on and it doesn't start.

Only after some time, and pressing Power for about 1 minute, the Caps lock light goes out, and I can get it to start again.

I have already updated the bios to the latest version, but the problem persists.

I can't figure out what the problem is.

Can someone help me, please?

I can only advise you to check the memories, if you have two memories, remove one and try and swap between slots.
