Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have this HP Elitebook 2540p laptop and today it decided to not turn on. All the LED's turn on like the volume, browser, etc. but I got no picture and the caps lock & num lock lights flash 3 times, with a few seconds in between, for 5 times, then it stops and stays turned on without display. The fans also kick in at max speed. Please help!

Hi there! Thank you for the solution. Apparently, a particle made its way into the RAM slot and I only had to blow it out. Thanks for the solution!
