Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi there,

I have a serious problem,

Someone changed my BIOS Administrator password and also disabled my USB ports.

I have a Elitebook 745 G2.

I searched all over the web and HP forums but didnt find a way to enable my USB port.

What should I do? Please help me

Hi:

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help you, since HP will no longer supply the required SMC.bin file that is used to clear the BIOS password.

That is the only way it could be done.

Also the forum rules were amended on 1 March 2019, which no longer allow us to help with providing unlock codes, etc., to clear BIOS passwords. Rule 4.d...
