HP EliteBook 840 G3
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi. I come to ask you for help. My HP Elitebook 840 G3 laptop shows me this screen every time I start it. And by pressing Esc it turns off. I tried to reset the BIOS, unplug the CMOS battery, change the RAM and hard drive but nothing works.

If anyone has any leads please let me know.
