Product: HP EliteBook 8560w Mobile Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Press the power button, light comes on for 2-3 seconds then goes off and then the charge light flashes orange - white alternating until power is removed. New battery and functional adapter but problem is the same with battery in or out. When the battery is in, the charge light does not come on.
