Hello,

 

i have an HP Elitebook Folio 9470m in my company that has the BIOS locked with password that i cant remember,
How can i reset it?
The serial number is CNU338BB34

Hope anyone can help me

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to help you, since HP will no longer supply the required SMC.bin file that is used to clear the BIOS password.

 

That is the only way it could be done.

Also the forum rules were amended on 1 March 2019, which no longer allow us to help with providing unlock codes, etc., to clear BIOS passwords. Rule 4.d...
