Hello and thanks!
 
HP Elitebook 8570p. No recent changes.
 
Upon power up, all the lights come on, number lock blinks once. Caps lock does not blink.
 
Have tried powering on without the battery.  Have tried holding the power button for 15 seconds.
 
I know if caps lock blinks once it's the CPU, but what about JUST number lock?  Thanks!
