HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-es0000 (268T5AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Won't go pass logo screen. Contacted HP tech support because it's still under warranty they had me try few things first.   Then sent me flash drive told me I had to reinstall my operating system. I tried followed the step by step instructions and nothing same thing still won't boot to windows still won't go pass HP logo screen. Does anyone have any ideas on what I should do now?
