@MichaelHp

Thank you for responding,

I recommend you Contact HP regarding your computer as they should be able to fix it for a nominal fee, considering the PC is out of warranty, that said, you can always replace specific parts using the universal part numbers obtained from the HP Parts Surfer and ordering them via the HP Parts Store or at a local retailer is an alternate option.

Please take your time and get back to me with the results of your Contact with the support team,

I'll be awaiting your response and would be glad to help.

Feel free to post your query for any other assistance as well,

It's been a pleasure interacting with you and I hope you have a good day ahead.

No longer showing it. Shuts down about half the time it gets put to sleep, but I don't think it needs repairs. Can you confirm?

@MichaelHp

Thank you for responding,

It's great to have you back 😉

Though the message isn't showing up it's highly unlikely that the hardware issue has been miraculously fixed,

I highly recommend you Contact HP or the local store and have the drive replaced as the message may have stopped temporarily.

I hope that helps,

Have a good day.
