Hello HP community, I am totally new to this community. So apology in advance for any incorrections.
How Problem Occured:
Recently I updated my laptop with SSD (Samsung SSD PM851 512GB) along with pre existing Hard Drive (1TB). Before the upgrade my laptop was booting from internal pre existing Hard Drive. After the upgrade of SSD i formated the internal Hard Drive to make things smooth and tried to install Fresh new install of Windows 10 Pro by changing the boot order to USB (Having Windows Installation files).
Computer started the Windows Installation ( Here i want to mention that i selected the SSD to install windows on..) .. But soon after copying files Windows needed to Restart. When computer restarted, I pressed the F10 and changed the boot order back to normal so that it should not start the windows installation again. But it started the windows installation again back from scracth. I restarted the computer and removed the USB (Windows installation drive) so that it should automatically resume the windows setup from SSD.
But it showed me an error "Operating System is not Found"
Hit and Trial Solution attempts:
After making several attempts, i removed the HDD from system and voila, the Windows installation resumed and I installed the Windows 10 Pro normally into the SSD.
After installing the Windows 10 into SSD, i connected the internal HDD with External USB and formated it well (deleted all partitions as well) so that it should act like new. After formating, i turned off my laptop removed the battery and connected the HDD back into its correct place inside the laptop.
I turned on my laptop and it stowed me an error "Operating System not Found"
So, as soon as i remove the internal HDD my UEFI based BIOS automatically loads the windows from SSD. But as soon as i connect it back, it shows the error.
I tried to make changes in BIOS as well. Also installed the windows from scratch by Enabling "Legacy Boot" as well. But nothing is working form me.
My Findings:
I noticed that there is no such option available in BIOS so that i can select the SSD as my Booting option. I tried each and every available option so that i can set SSD as first booting device. But nothing found.
Secondly, I noticed that whenever i insert HDD it always try to boot from HDD (port 0) instead of SSD(port 1)
What i am doing next?
I have again removed the HDD from my system, attaching it to another laptop externally, converting the disk to MBR instead of GPT and making it INACTIVE and will update accordingly that whether it will work for me or not. Till then, i need someone to help me resolve this issue.
Need help:
Now someone please help me, so that i can boot windows from SSD instead of HDD. I dont want to remove HDD from my laptop. I just simply want to load my windows from SSD.
I urgently need help please, because this problem has become headache for me now.

The mSATA slot for your machine is for Intel Smart Response . To be able to use that slot for storage you need to disable ISR and try the following instructions

Respected Sir,
Firstly can you please tell me what is ISR and how to disable it correctly.
Secondly, as i have explained that i have already installed the windows 10 on SSD and it load windows correctly when i remove the HDD. As soon as i connect he HDD back to the system, it does not gets detected into the windows and when i reboot the pc it again shows the error "No Operating System found"
Lastly, according to your provided link. I checked boot entries by using Easy BCD, and they are absolutely fine. Because SSD is set to C:\ and also it has correctly installed EFI based windows as well.
All i need is to detect the HDD in my system and it must not interrupt the Windows booting in next reboot.
Please help me.

Respected Sir,
I have "Disabled" the IRS from BIOS as shown
After disabling the IRS I formatted my Hard Drive by connecting it with another computer. Deleted all partitions and converted the disk to MBR also marked the partition as INACTIVE by using the diskpart system utility.
Then i connected my Hard Disk back into the laptop as shown:
After connecting the battery, i booted my computer and it again showed the same screen as shown:
I again disconnected the Hard Disk from my computer and it again booted the computer from SSD as shown
Now at this stage i am totally blunt what to do now, The problem is not resolving by any means and it does not detects the Operating System when i connect my Hard Drive into the system.
More Information:
For adding on, i am attaching pictures for all options available in my BIOS, also attaching the picture of Easy BCD for boot entries in my system for further assistance.
Main BIOS Screen
Security in BIOS
System Configuration in BIOS
Boot Options in System Configuration BIOS
Bootloader Entries in Easy BCD
PLEASE HELP ME RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. Its a big time headace for me now
