Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is our second identical computer with the same problem, that the computer was powered down last night and did not respond to the power button today. The light beside the power cord is lit but the power button does not turn on the system.  This model does not have a convenient way to remove the battery and restart using the power cord.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the computer is not powering on.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
