Product: HP Envy x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-fh0000 (77W46AV)
Hello, I've had this laptop for just over a year and have not had any problems until now. My laptop will not turn on or charge, and whenever I plug the charger in no lights appear. My battery was at 60 percent when I quit for the night and I left it on my desk only for this to happen during class. I have tried the power button trick, the escape key trick, multiple chargers and multiple power outlets. I cannot remove the battery because everything is connected. Does anyone know how to fix this issue or knows what needs to be repaired so I can estimate costs? Would really appreciate xxx
