HP Envy x360 ED0023dx 

When plugged into adapter it works fine with no issues, when unplugged from adapter it will run about 4min then shuts down. This seems to be a known issue? Many others having similar problems? PC is new, adapter is HP which came with it. I have ran HP diagnostics and all passed, updated bios and drivers but still issue exists. Uninstalled API and battery adapter drivers from device management and seemed to work for a while then issue occurs randomly. disabled api etc, still issue persists. Reset computers OS back to default erasing profile, files, etc from recovery mode. While plugged in no issues when unplugged and just on battery and "battery is charged" it will work for a while and just shut off. ran component tests and all passed etc. It is not something loose either because while plugged in no issues. Why is this new laptop shutting off when on battery??

I would return the laptop for a full refund.
