HP Envy x360 won’t turn on, charging light on while unplugged

I have an HP Envy x360 m Convertible, only about 1 year old. The laptop will not turn on. I’ve tried holding down the power button, and doing the Windows + B hard reset as well. It will not respond to anything. The interesting thing is that the charging light stays on, regardless of whether it is plugged in or not. The light is constantly on (white). I would appreciate it if anyone has any ideas. Thanks!

I suggest you contact HP Support in your region for Service Options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
