Hi I have problems with charging the laptop.
The charging light is solid Orange and when I take out the battery with the power adapter plugged in, it changes to solid white!? ( know its bad to take out battery while charging)
Ive tried with new DC Power jack harness cable plug socket and tried with new power adapter but its still the same - the laptop wont turn on and just showing me Solid Orange and if battery is removed while adapter is connected it shows solid white light.
Ive tried the unmount of battery and hold down power button for 10-15 seconds and then mount battery.... dosent work!
Question 1
I should be able to power on laptop without battery and only power adapter connected right?
Question 2
Could it be the power button thats the problem? But when the power button is holed down for 5 sek the solid orange light turns of so the button works right?
Question 3
I have attached picture of the battery because I think its swollen up or does it look normal? Normally swollen batteries are broken...!
Question 4
What would you suggest me ? Maybe bad power circuit on motherboard?
Please help
Thank you
Danni
