My laptop boots up and the sceen is sideways and the cursor is frozen. I have tried hitting the ctrl and alt key and up arrow but nothing happend. Can't get into the task manager either. Tried to boot up in safe mode but the up arrow does not work either. Please help.

I got it working!!! Have no idea what I did but screen came on sideways and then flipped to normal... will run some anti viral software and hopefully all will be good.

I did a hard reset and it boots up and the cursor now works. So I went to safe mode and did a Last known good confiuration but the display is still sideways. Going to boot in safe mode again and try to get to the control panel and look at disply setting to see if it went to portrait instead of landscape??? When I hit ctrl+alt+ up arrow nothing happens. 😞
