Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My daughter was given a used laptop by food for the poor for her school work but every time It gets turned on it ask for an administrator password.it has now come up with this code

Can someone advise me or help me out, please

That is a Disable Code but we're not permitted to provide Disable Code bypasses anymore.

Passwords can NOT be recovered; instead, they have to be reset.

We are not permitted to assist in resetting passwords due to HP Policy.
