Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So my HP-G62 15 inch laptop all of a sudden started today with a black screen and one flash shift key and i did a hard reset and nothing i also did the windows+b or v and that didnt work and i took out ram and used only one stick of 4gb ram and it didnt work can someone please help this laptop has everything on it.
