Hello, my brand new hp laptop 15-dy2073dx is not walking from sleep mode. I got it back in November but didn’t activate it until almost two weeks ago. When I did everything was fine except for when I was trying to update some audio drivers in the system update settings. After I finished updating what I could a downloaded the apps I wanted I closed the laptop and didn’t use it for a week (I was charged the whole time it was being used). When I went back to use it, it wouldn’t wake from sleep mode. I tried holding the power button up to 30 seconds, repeatedly pressing the power as well as F11 buttons, ctrl-alt-delete, clicking the touchpad, touching the screen, adding an external mouse, and trying most of these with and without the power cord connected.

 

Nothing has worked and as I need the laptop for school in South Korea I was forced to take it with me on the plane without knowing if I can get it to work.
