After plugging in AC Adapter and powering on laptop. There's is no sign of start up and power light switch on and back off after like a second everytime I try to on my PC. Please any solution. I haven't seen my windows at all since I go my laptop.

I see that your HP Laptop PC 15s-Fq2000 (2D120AV) does not power on.
I suggest that you follow the steps listed below to perform a hard reset on the unit.
1> Turn off the laptop, disconnect the power adapter.
2> Press and hold the F6 and power button for 20 seconds.
3> Then connect the power cable back and try turning on the laptop.

I tried the above procedure but still now powering on. I actually just bought the laptop so there is no way to power off when I haven't ever seen it powered on. Please any other solution. Can it be an hardware problem?

This could be a hardware issue with the unit and may need repair.
