Product: HP Pavilion Laptop PC 15-eg0000 (172Z8AV)

Laptop suddenly won't start. Power light keeps blinking, even when plugged in charger. Charging portal light (?) keeps blinking orange, but slowly and every time the orange light blinks, shortly after the power light blinks. I have tried a different charger. Plugging it in a docking station to connect to an external screen. I have tried holding the power button pressed, but it also won't do a hard shut down. So, it seems kind of stuck in a loop of not wanting to turn on, but also not off? If that makes sense. The battery isn't removable. I hope someone here knows what I can do/has experienced something similar.
